Quilt Details: Blue Star Sapphire

Blue Star Sapphire is a medallion quilt: a central motif is framed by a series of related borders. Made of American and French fabrics, it makes extensive use of border print s to frame the compass point and various other elements of the quilt design. It measures 88" x 96"

The quilt is featured on the cover of Jinny's book, Medallion Quilts (now out of print.)
