Porcelana is a brilliant kaleidoscope design showcasing Jinny's unique use of color and texture. Although the fabrics originally used in this pattern are no longer available, the design could be converted to use the fabrics from the Kashmir Collection.
The quilt consists of eight pairs of mirror-imaged wedges. These sixteen wedges combine to form the central star of the kaleidoscope design. The Advanced skill rating is due to the accuracy needed to edge the wedges with border print fabric and to assemble eight units into the eight-pointed star.
