This beautiful quilt alternates a traditional chain block with an original Jinny Beyer compass design.
The compass blocks feature patches that are fussy cut from a large-scale paisley fabric and appliquéd into the block in a hybrid patchwork/appliqué technique that Jinny developed and calls soft-edge piecing.
The pattern includes detailed soft-edge piecing instructions, as well as an alternative for those who prefer not to use this technique.

The quilt kit is available in two sizes and two colorways. The pattern is available separately and as a free download.
